 About Us

St Teresa Community  Centre School was founded in the year 2009. It is a Community Based Organization (CBO) registered by the ministry of Labour, Social Security and Services. The private school serves needy and less fortunate learners in Soweto slums and its environs.

Vision

Our vision is to develop well rounded, confident and responsible individuals who aspire to achieve their full potential. We will do this by providing a welcoming, happy, safe, and supportive learning environment in which everyone is equal and all achievements are celebrated. We aim to empower the less fortunate children in the slums, to educate them and equip them with life skills in preparation for a better future.

Mission

The mission of our schools is to provide all pupils with a high quality education that enables them to be contributing members of a multiethnic, multicultural, pluralistic society. We seek to create an environment that achieves equity for all pupils and ensures that each pupil is a successful learner, is fully respected, and learns to respect others.
